Spalted Maple vessel. To be completely transparent, this spalting has been enhanced. Now the wood is heavily Spalted to begin with, all I have done is accentuate what was there. So the zone lines of the spalting are more focused and in depth. So you can clearly see the demarcation and difference in color in the wood. It does create a general chaotically soothing feel about the piece.
