Black Oak wood hollow vessel. Turned while still wet, then dried rapidly. Finished off with some wonderful charring. Then liming wax applied to accentuate the beautiful grain of the Oak. These are my favorite types of turning to do. Let the wood be wood and watch what happens. Each piece is one of a kind in itself.
